It has been foretold that into every generation there is one tv show that will make you come alive in ways you never thought you would. That would make you yearn for every episode and that would make an impact on you that you never expected and shape lifes and destinies in different ways. In 1997, 1999 and 2002 three shows reached out to people through the tv and found an amazing fanbase looking back. It was the beginning of the Verse.

This site celebrates these shows, known as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Firefly. After being gone from the net for almost 3 years The Chosen One has finally decided to come back, and to give tribute to these amazing shows. They have shaped my own life in so many ways, most visibly through my passion for webdesign, art and music videos, that I couldn't sit idly by and watch so many sites out there become inactive and close one after another now that the shows are sadly no longer on the air. I hope to see this site grow every day and bring more people into the verse that we all love so much.

Just a note to let you know that I haven't forgotten about this place. I'm working on things in the background right now, which among other things entails the scripts for Firefly and Serenity, as published in the books (that way you KNOW you're getting the right scripts ;)).

New Affiliate
This is a site you all information hungry people should visit. It's owned and run by one of my closest friends and it is almost a complete archive of all slayers mentioned both on the tv show, in books and in the comics. It's a really interesting read and definitly worth your time!

General News
I'm currently working on getting the Firefly and Serenity transcripts online but it might take a little while longer as it's taking a lot of editing and time. I'm also working on getting trailers online and putting together the music list for Buffy. Although, currently I'm having a small break from the site as I worked non-stop for a month to put it together before release date. But it all will show up soon! In the meantime I'm going on a hunt for affiliates but before I even began I have gotten loads of affiliation requests. As you could see in the previous update I got three gorgeous affies and today I have another four to add, which makes the number an even ten! :)

I'm also amazed when I look at the counter. Bare in mind that this counter only counts every unique visit, so if you go on the site and brows around you're still only counted once. We've been open for 11 days and we've had a whopping 535 visitors! That just blows my mind. I haven't made too much advertisement for the place so I'm so happy to see so many finding their way here despite that!

Fun To Be Had
Don't forget to visit our lovely forum FROZEN MEMORIES. Welcome to THE CHOSEN ONE.
Finally the site is here. After a lot of work over the passed 2 months it has finally gone live and open for all of you out there. As you can see, a lot of information has already been put up. You can read the synopsis of the episodes, you can explore the different terms of the verse and you can watch old trailers and read the scripts over and over. You can also go out and talk to other fans via our own forum known as Frozen Memories. Don't be afraid to sign up, we have some lovely members and my staff is always helpfull and friendly and looking out for the member's best interest. If you want a piece of the verse, then I recommend our own store: Big Damn Designs. There you'll find shirts with quotes, things to help you proclaim that you're a buffy addict, or why not a mug for your workstation with the famous Jossism: Always be yourself... unless you suck. The store will evolve with this site and offer much more over time.

TCO has also already three affiliates: The Chosen One, Obsession of the Moment and Angel-Us.com. Be sure to make visit with them and check out what they have to offer. You should also visit thefrenchhobbit which is owned by TCO's wonderful mediahost Romain.
